Bacong (left) and Ms. Xyra B. Romulo from Brgy. Nonong Sr (right) won the 1st and 2nd runner-up awards. Bb. San Luis held on August 25 was the highlight of the one-week Sabutan Festival and 51st Foundation Anniversary of the Municipality of San Luis, Aurora.
